-adsorption of pollution from the air onto the surface of an adsorbent made of a combination of activated carbon and alumina impregnated with different chemical agents such as sodium or potassium permanganate
-oxidation of harmful substances into mineral residues
-high efficiency in removing H2S and other compounds that cause unpleasant odors such as thiols, dimethyl sulfide, ethylamine
