Process wastewater treatment plants are designed according to the requirements of production, investors and the required output parameters of treated water. Wastewater treatment from the dairy industry consists of a combination of mechanical pre-treatment and physico-chemical treatment. The device consists of the following functional units: pump manhole, fine mechanical treatment, aerated equalization tank, flotation device type: DAF (dissolved air flotation), dosing station for chemicals, pipe flocculator, sludge tank and dosing station for preparation and polyelectrolyte dosing. The pump shaft, leveling tank and sludge tank are located underground and all tanks are made of polypropylene.
