 BP ASP 5 K O/SN

used for biological wastewater treatment of family houses from 3 to 7 PE (population equivalent).

The sizing of the biological wastewater treatment plant BP ASP K was performed in accordance with HRN EN 12566-3 so that 1 ES consumption of 150 l / day of water and BOD5 of 60 g / day is predicted.

The guaranteed output parameters for type BP ASP K are BOD5 25 mg / l and COD 125 mg / l.

  1. Capacity 3 – 7 PE (population equivalent), Q = 0.75m3 / day, round cross section, intended for installation in a green area.

The device is designed in accordance with the European standard EN 12566, which means that in the calculation of the capacity of the device, one equivalent per capita is provided (PE): 150 liters of water i BP5 60 g/day.

Components of a biological purifier type BP ASP:

                  1. – Biological device

  1. – Electric blower located inside the device (60W)

Advantages of devices compared to other types of devices for biological wastewater treatment:

  • The device is easy to install.

  • In practice, the sludge is extracted once at intervals of 6 months to 2 years.

  • Device maintenance consists of a person visiting the device once a week and checking the operation of the device.

  1. – If all parameters are met, the device does not emit unpleasant odors

  2. – There are no moving parts on the device, so there is practically nothing to break but the compressor, which needs to be maintained in accordance with the instructions.

  3. – No need to add bioactivators which reduces the cost of maintenance

METHOD OF INSTALLATION OF ROUND DEVICES (O)

Installation of devices with a single wall type «SN»

(Green surface, soil layer on the device max 30 cm, no additional loads)

It is necessary to excavate approximately 40 cm wider than the specified dimensions of the device. A tampon layer of gravel or sand 15-20 cm thick is placed on the bottom of the excavation. A reinforced concrete slab 20-25 cm thick is placed over it. Concrete class, arrangement and dimensions of reinforcement are determined depending on the planned load, demanding load-bearing capacity, geomechanical and hydro-geological conditions. The device can now be placed in the middle of the excavation and connected to the inlet and outlet piping. The device must be gradually filled with water in layers of up to 30 cm and the space between the device and the excavation covered with moist sand with compaction (the device must remain full of wate).
