Meat industry – slaughterhouse and meat production
ATT & AT d.o.o. can offer quality engineering solutions for industrial wastewater treatment. Process wastewater treatment plants are designed according to the requirements of production, investors, and required output parameters of purified water. Wastewater treatment from the dairy industry consists of a combination of mechanical pre-treatment and physico-chemical treatment. Considering that in the technological wastewater from the meat industry there is also a larger waste of animal origin, mechanical treatment is performed in two stages, coarse mechanical treatment, and fine mechanical treatment. The purification process consists of: coarse mechanical treatment, pump shaft, fine mechanical treatment, aerated equalization tank, flotation device type: DAF (dissolved air flotation), a dosing station for chemicals, pipe flocculator, aerated sludge tank, tank for sludge preparation, sludge filter press, MBBR biological reactor and polyelectrolyte preparation and dosing stations. The purification process is fully automated and requires minimal monitoring of the purification process by the operator on the device.
